西元十世紀時建朝，是越南古時政治起源，後來十一世紀就遷都到河內。古城留有舊城門外，還有皇朝宗廟，再來就沒有太多了。
It's the original site of Vietnamese ancient politics since 10th century.The capital later moved to Ha Noi in 11th century.There are a few of old town gates left,and revamped royal temples.Except these old buildings,there are not much to see though.

抱著到此一遊心態，主城門看起來翻新，禁止車輛進入，除了住在裡面和必需路過古城道路的居民外，車輛不可進入，後來我才知道事有蹊竅。

When I arrived,the main gate(East Gate) seemed to be new built in my eyes.In addition to residents who live inside or need to go through the inside pathes to get homes,were allowed to use motorbikes or cars,all vehicles were prohibited to enter.Later,I learnt there's a catch about this rule.

原來裏頭各朝宗廟用走的有點距離，廣場也大，但是其實用走的就可以了，外人車子不能進去，那裡面住的人就用摩特車載人收費，賺一些外快，新來乍到的觀光客哪裡知道距離遠近，很容易被坑，因為這種事情沒有一定的價錢，殺價，不然就被一直盧，所以以後有要去玩的朋友，記得停好車後，還是雙腳萬能。

The square was large and the area of the park was also large,which were the first impression to tourists' mind.Due to cars and motorbikes were not allowed to enter,except residents'.It was inevitable for residents to use their motorbikes as means of earning some cash.
Thus,tourists would be easily treated as juicy meat,for not having a fixed pricing for transportation inside the park area.If you didn't haggle,you would be irritated all way long.

Actually,it can be done just on foot.The area is big,but not that big.So,if you go some day,after parking your bike,please remember to just use your legs.

園區值得遊玩嗎? 當作半日遊無訪，不需太認真，這是我的心得，因為我都已經計畫停留個幾天，而且也都已經租車了，當然有景點還是會去的。
Is it worthy of visiting? It will take you a half day to stay.
Nonetheless,I wasn't seriously treating it ,either.I had already rent a bike and had planned to stay for couple of days in Ninh Binh.So,I went as planned.

園區整理得算整齊，該補強的都有補上，尙留皇族宗廟待後人紀念，昔日金碧華麗的皇家器具，今日成為桌上憑弔牌位，有形無氣，說不出的滄桑落寞。

The park was managed quite well and tidy.The buildings that needed a revamp had been filled up.The royal temples were what left here for Tourists and its descendents to come to commemorate.The old royal equipment once was grand,now looked old on the altar's tables,and felt absolutely left behind,so withered with the breath of death....End.
